Kotas & McCord Construction opened in December of 2007 and is locally co-owned and operated by
Bob Kotas & Sterling McCord.
The unique vision that inspires Kotas & McCord construction is rooted in providing Central Oregon and surrounding regions with high quality Sustainable (green) Building.
In the changing economy and with growing concerns for the environment we feel that it is important to provide Sustainable and Traditional Construction in order to reduce the environmental impact of local construction.

Our Credentials:
Sterling McCord
has 15 years of residential construction experience. He wants to build thoughtful, efficient, practical homes.
His experience includes all phases of construction:
traditional wood frame, trim carpentry, stucco and concrete applications. He specializes in concrete wall
systems because of its durability and lower cost over its lifetime. Sterling has graduated from the
Sustainable Building Advisor course at COCC.

Bob Kotas
has over 15 years experience in all aspects of home building. This includes all aspects of traditional wood frame,
trim carpentry, concrete skateboarding parks and all phases of concrete work.
Over the years of concrete work, seeing the beauty and function of the product,
Bob decided to use his experience in a more creative state. Concrete Countertops & Decorative Concrete
can express an artistic style that can bring beauty to any space.
